What you'd do

• Oversee delivery of Ecosystem Key Metrics data work and QA across several regions and markets.
• Translate platform policy understanding into quality standards for data labeling and enforcement.
• Establish and update labeling guidelines, calibration protocols and quality assessment procedures for diverse markets.
• Lead QA teams in root cause analysis of guideline ambiguities, performance gaps and high-severity escalations.
• Plan staffing, assign people and set task priorities so output and timelines hit targets.
• Run periodic performance evaluations and coaching for QA teams.
• Oversee global BPO partners and vendor sites on productivity and quality metrics.
