The role, in T&S terms

Written by the T&S Network from Amazon's posting.

Program management for enforcement of delivery partner defects in Amazon Flex, the app-based delivery service run by independent contractors. The role designs and runs evaluation and enforcement frameworks for Service Level Standards, aiming to stop defects before they recur across station and on-road operations.

What you'd do

  • Run the design and rollout of ways to assess and enforce delivery partner standards across the whole network.
  • Analyze defect data from multiple sources to find patterns, root causes, and mitigations that cut repeat defect rates.
  • Create dashboards and reports tracking defects at the under-the-roof, on-the-road, doorstep, and return-to-station stages.
  • Influence the guidance partners get, the delivery history they can see, and how fixes are applied everywhere.
  • Respond to executive escalations and present program narratives to Directors and VPs.
  • Align with Operations, Legal, and tech teams on technology changes, process redesign, policy, and enforcement governance.

What it asks for

  • Five or more years running programs or projects.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Track record of leading a program's strategy and delivery from start to finish, and reporting outcomes to senior leaders.
  • Track record of building repeatable processes and pushing automation or standard procedures.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, nested IF formulas, and array formulas.
  • 2+ years of process improvement experience (preferred).
