What you'd do

• Manage and mentor a team of trust and safety agents
• Set trust and safety strategy and goals tied to company objectives
• Lead the product function that builds safety tooling for operations teams
• Work with product and engineering so safety is designed into features from the start
• Review user reports and content for breaches of the community rules
• Develop policies, processes and training for consistent moderation at scale
• Engage with other tech companies, NPOs and government agencies on online safety

• 5+ years of trust and safety leadership with people management in a consumer-facing tech company
• Solid knowledge of how moderation works, plus safety frameworks and policy writing
• Track record leading high-performing teams focused on safety and well-being
• Ability to explain complex safety concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort measuring performance with data and tracking KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in online gaming, social media or community platforms (preferred)
