• Hire and develop a central group of product managers covering core safety workstreams.
• Give engineering and operations the product direction they build from, coordinating with brand teams without direct authority over them.
• Make portfolio build-vs-buy and vendor decisions, consolidating repeated capabilities into shared services.
• Apply AI and machine learning to detection, moderation quality, and reviewer load, with guardrails on accuracy and privacy.
• Turn regulations like the DSA and Online Safety Act into product requirements applied consistently across brands.

• Substantial background in Trust & Safety, integrity, or a related area such as marketplace, gaming, social, or fintech.
• Track record building and scaling high-performing product teams.
• Experience leading product work that serves several teams or brands at once.
• Working, hands-on knowledge of AI and machine learning in a product setting.
• Ability to turn ambiguous regulatory and abuse problems into measurable product strategy.
• Experience running products across several brands or folding acquired products into a portfolio (preferred).
