• Run calibration sessions to keep policy interpretation and moderation decisions consistent.

• Coach and mentor learners to improve performance and knowledge retention.
• Create and maintain facilitator guides, knowledge articles, and e-learning modules.
• Support transition and nesting activities for associates moving into production.

• At least one year in training, coaching, or a related field such as Trust & Safety, moderation, support, or BPO.
• Previous trainer, learning specialist, coach, or quality trainer experience in a contact center, BPO, or Trust & Safety setting.
• Experience facilitating training and coaching for performance improvement.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for classroom and virtual audiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
• Content moderation operations experience, including UGC review and escalation procedures (preferred).
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
