• Five or more years working in operations roles.
• Working knowledge of modern AI systems, including large language and vision-language models, fine-tuning and preference training methods, retrieval-augmented generation, multimodal models, and embeddings.
• Data-driven, with strong data sensitivity and root-cause case analysis.
• Background in running AI product or safety strategy operations (preferred).
• Interest in using AI agents and emerging AI tools to improve operational efficiency (preferred).
• Goal-driven, with strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and cross-functional communication and execution (preferred).
