• Lead complex multi-stakeholder projects to improve abuse detection systems and reduce user harm.
• Get executives in T&S, Product, Engineering, Business Development and Legal working toward shared goals.
• Apply core process knowledge to improve enforcement workflows and operational workstreams.
• Grow policy and product knowledge to run and refine enforcement operations over time.
• Explain intricate policy ideas to executives in a way that moves their decisions.

• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in place of one.
• Seven years in analytics, T&S, policy, cybersecurity or a closely related field.
• Master's or PhD in a relevant field (preferred).
• Education in or experience with machine learning (preferred).
• SQL, dashboard building, data collection and transformation, or scripting in a language such as Python (preferred).
• Experience building scaled operations and documenting efficient workflows in a T&S environment (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional influence (preferred).
