What you'd do

  • Review and investigate monetized actors and content for behavioral trends against actor and content policies.
  • Run targeted reviews and open-source intelligence investigations into content and account characteristics.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for assigned projects and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Create reporting tools and examine data, root causes and systemic gaps.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Make enforcement decisions on content and accounts in continuous succession during each shift.

What it asks for

  • At least three years in project management, operations, risk or a closely related field.
  • High oral and written proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Solid grounding in assessing risk, governance and improving processes.
  • Understanding of regional online behavior and cultural sensitivities.
  • Working knowledge of ad platforms and how digital advertising operates.
  • Data-driven decision-making and experience influencing stakeholders.
  • Prior risk moderation experience at a tech or social media company (preferred).
