• Build proactive outreach programs that explain TikTok's emergency and routine data disclosure request processes to authorities.
• Train authorities on TikTok's privacy protection policies and how it responds to legal requests.
• Support child safety and emergency response teams on law enforcement matters.
• Set up referral pathways for police agencies together with internal investigators.
• Work with legal, public policy and external counsel on responses to government requests for data.
• Travel frequently to countries across the region for agency engagement.
