• Direct and mentor a team of Engineering Analysts on AI transformation and strategic work against fraud.
• Work with PM, Engineering, and Legal to design layered defenses against new Ads threats.
• Lead development of AI-driven enforcement capabilities to act on abuse at scale.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and measurement methods for AI agents and ML models used in fraud detection.
• Lead investigations into complex TTPs, track actors, and disrupt organized fraud rings targeting Google Ads.
• Work with sales leadership on recovery experiences for advertisers affected by policy enforcement.

• 10 years of technical strategy and data-driven solutions at scale, including complex enforcement systems (preferred).
