• Lead projects, investigations and cross-functional initiatives across Google.
• Work with executive stakeholders from engineering, legal and product teams.
• Design and deliver improvements to performance metrics based on drivers of abuse.
• Provide technical contributions so solutions fit complex product and back-end infrastructure.
• Build cross-functional strategic solutions at scale for user safety and safe business for advertisers.
• Present findings and influence partners across levels, in writing and verbally.

What it asks for

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on work experience.
• Around five years in data science, applied AI or a closely related technical role.
• 7 years of industry experience analyzing and visualizing insights from large, varied datasets (preferred).
• Experience designing and building machine learning solutions integrated into production systems (preferred).
• Track record of investigative recommendations adopted by an organization with real business impact (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
• English proficiency.
