Client service for wealth management clients at a bank, handled by phone, email and chat through the Wealth Solutions Center. The role is the primary point of contact for service and problem resolution for Wealth clients and their advisors, sitting in the Wealth Advisors in-market team.
What you'd do
- Handle phone and electronic service requests as the main contact for Wealth clients and advisors.
- Process day-to-day transactions such as transfers and overdrafts within service level agreements.
- Facilitate and execute time-sensitive wire requests and wire agreements with high accuracy.
- Craft tailored fixes for clients with complex finances while following branch manuals, audit rules and regulations.
- Log each client contact and its resolution in the Salesforce CRM.
