• Build and iterate Golden Sets by curating long-tail, high-risk and complex edge cases as ground truth.
• Run deep-dive analyses of high-risk, heavily debated cases to find misapplication patterns and risk trends.
• Turn macro policies into executable SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Work with Operations, Algorithm, Product and global teams to close the loop between human review and AI interception.
• Conduct detailed reviews and root cause analyses to keep labeling accurate and consistent.
• Track KPIs and data metrics for quality and compliance, and set up daily QA mechanisms.
