What you'd do

• Build and iterate Golden Sets of high-risk, long-tail and edge-case content as ground truth.
• Run deep-dive analyses on debated safety cases to find misapplication patterns and risk trends.
• Turn macro policies into executable SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Work with Operations, Algorithm and Product teams to find gaps in human review and AI interception.
• Set up daily QA mechanisms and track data accuracy and operational efficiency metrics.
• Monitor quality against project KPIs and give structured feedback to the Central Project Team.
