Quality assurance for TikTok's Safety Model Operations team, which builds and maintains machine learning models and operational processes for Trust & Safety systems that detect harmful content. What you'd do

• Build and iterate Golden Sets of long-tail, high-risk and complex edge cases to set ground truth labeling standards.
• Run deep-dive analyses of high-risk and heavily debated safety cases to find misapplication patterns and risk trends.
• Turn macro policies into executable SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Conduct detailed reviews and complex root cause analyses to keep labeling accurate and consistent.
• Monitor quality performance and compliance against project KPIs and flag process or guideline gaps.
• Work with Operations, Algorithm and Product teams on Golden Set metrics to improve human review and AI interception.
• Set up daily quality assurance mechanisms and track data metrics for accuracy and efficiency.
