Content moderation for social media apps, applying a client's content policy to videos, news stories, pictures, political ads and profiles. Work is scored for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency, with abuse reports monitored against the client's terms of use.

What you'd do

Review videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads and social media profiles on a computer each day.
Rate content for age suitability, violence level, sexual material and political transparency.
Enforce the client's content policies and terms of use consistently, including monitoring reports of abuse.
Pick up on nuance in how messages are worded when deciding how policy applies.
Escalate through appropriate channels any issues that affect performance or required KPIs.
Attend wellness coaching sessions and wellness groups, and take part in employee assistance and resiliency programs.

What it asks for

Twelve months or more working in back-office or customer service operations.
Completed high school or holds an equivalent credential.
Fluent in English and Ukrainian, able to read and speak both.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Compassion for users plus working knowledge of the political and social context of the market and region covered.

Exposure to graphic and disturbing content, including child exploitation and abuse, animal torture, gang violence, murder and hate speech.
