Content moderation for a social media client's apps, applying the client's content policy to videos, news stories, pictures, political ads and profiles. The work includes scoring content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content and political transparency, and enforcing the client's terms of use on reported abuse. Some campaigns include child exploitation, animal torture, gang violence, murder and hate speech.

What you'd do

Review videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads and social media profiles on a computer each day.
Rate each item for how suitable it is for minors, how violent it is, whether it is sexual, and whether political ads are transparent.
Apply the client's content policy and handling procedures consistently to digital content.
Enforce the client's terms of use by monitoring user reports of abuse on the site.
Escalate through appropriate channels any issues that may affect performance or required KPIs.
Attend wellness coaching sessions and wellness groups, and take part in resilience programs.

Completed high school or an equivalent credential.
Fluent reading, speaking and writing in English and Danish.
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Cultural and political awareness of the Danish market and region supported.
