What you'd do

Review videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads and social media profiles on a computer each day.
Apply the client's content policy and handling procedures consistently to each item.
Identify subtle differences in meaning and enforce the client's terms of use by monitoring abuse reports.
Escalate policy or performance issues through appropriate channels to meet required KPIs.
Attend wellness coaching sessions and wellness groups, and take part in employee assistance and training programs.

Bring a year or more of operations work in shared services or customer experience roles.
Hold at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Fluent in English and Bulgarian, with the ability to read and speak both.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Cultural and political awareness of the Bulgarian market and region.
