What you'd do

• Run the end-to-end strategic workforce planning cycle, tracking milestones and progress.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, and Procurement to turn local insights into risk and cost plans.
• Co-develop and execute tailored BPO budget plans with the budget and payments team.
• Analyze BPO workforce data, including forecasting parameters, to flag risks and forecast future needs.
• Build executive reports and dashboards on planning progress and analytical insights for leadership.
• Oversee rollout of new systems, tools, and automated processes for workforce and budget management.

• Degree or higher in a numbers-heavy field such as finance, economics, or math, or in business administration.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Experience running large, complex programs from inception to completion, including change management.
• Stakeholder management in complex matrix organizations, leading through influence across functions, regions, and levels.
• Strong skills in speaking and presenting to audiences at every level.
• BPO or Trust and Safety experience (preferred).
