  • Generate insights aimed at reducing the prevalence of violative content on the platform.
  • Lead design and scaling of metrics, analysis frameworks and AI-based systems across products and violation areas.
  • Work with Data Science, Product, Research and Strategy teams on complex quantitative studies and advanced models.

  • Present technical results and recommendations clearly to senior executives and help drive implementation.

What it asks for

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Engineering or Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience using analytics on product or business problems, with coding (such as Python, R or SQL), database querying or statistical analysis, or a relevant PhD.
  • 4 years of similar analytics experience (preferred).
  • Background building large-scale enterprise AI systems and generative AI pipelines (preferred).
  • Familiarity with abuse prevention, policy and regulatory systems (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects to final deliverables (preferred).
