What you'd do

• Map the Trust and Safety platform's full funnel to quantify opportunities and risks at each stage
• Own projects aimed at safety gains at each stage of the funnel
• Design and productionize ML and evaluation frameworks for measurement, recommendation and forecasting
• Set instrumentation and experimentation best practices and communicate them to product engineering teams
• Prototype analysis pipelines in cycles so findings can scale to the whole platform
• Partner with product managers, engineers, designers and researchers to turn insights into next product experiences

• Extensive experience with quantitative methods such as machine learning, statistical modeling, forecasting or econometrics
