• Define and evaluate metrics for the health of the Trust & Safety ecosystem.
• Build models and methods for bot detection, content filtering and copyright detection.
• Design and run online experiments measuring the impact of Trust & Safety changes.
• Turn experiment results into recommendations for product and engineering.
• Size opportunities and help shape the Trust & Safety roadmap with product and engineering.
• Partner with legal on copyright-related analysis and detection problems.

What it asks for

• Six to eight years in data science or a nearby analytical discipline.
• Several years in trust & safety or adjacent problems such as spam, fraud, integrity or policy-adjacent ML.
• Strong hands-on SQL and Python.
• End-to-end experience running online experiments, from metric selection through final decision.
• Track record of creating metrics or evaluation methods where no prior standard existed.
• Hands-on experience building predictive models, both batch and real-time (preferred).
• Musician or creative hobbyist background (preferred).

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Expected to work from the office five days a week.
