• Build data pipelines to observe, measure, detect and enforce against trust and safety violations
• Build tools and dashboards used by operations and investigations teams
• Dig through data to spot emerging abuse tactics
• Improve existing detection and enforcement solutions based on what the investigations show

What it asks for

• 3+ years of trust and safety experience, such as anti-abuse, bot, content safety or fraud work
• 5+ years of backend development in Python
• 5+ years of data handling with SQL, Snowflake, Dagster, Airflow or similar
• Experience building tools, dashboards, statistical analysis and anomaly detection
• Experience building systems that process events as they happen, using event-driven designs
• Machine learning model development and deployment (preferred)
• Behavioral analytics and user journey analysis (preferred)
