• Research societal safety issues like misinformation, minor safety, election interference and violence to inform policy and enforcement.
• Work with Legal, Public Policy, Trust & Safety, Product and Transparency & Compliance on integrity projects.
• Help monitor integrity metrics, surface trends and flag anomalies that may signal platform safety risks.
• Help write and maintain project briefs, internal guidance and cross-team updates.
• Support review of safety incidents and escalations, including root cause analysis and trend identification.
• Contribute to internal tooling, dashboards or systems for risk mitigation and response.
