• Own end-to-end product development for selected AI problem spaces within RPR, from discovery through production launch.
• Map complex risk governance workflows and turn ambiguous business problems into product solutions and execution plans.
• Design AI-native workflows defining where AI operates autonomously and where human experts must judge.
• Build agent systems that connect tools and data, manage context, and keep humans in the loop, avoiding one-off fixes.
• Set measures and evaluation methods for quality, reliability, speed, uptake, and business effect of owned AI features.
• Ensure AI solutions meet explainability, evidence traceability, auditability, and clear risk boundary requirements for sensitive environments.
