What you'd do

• Own end-to-end design for assigned product surfaces, from framing the problem through shipped UI.
• Run discovery with product by talking to Trust & Safety customers and users.
• Turn customer findings into design direction and Linear tickets engineers can build from.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes to test flows before engineering begins building.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system as the product scales.
• Take on brand, GTM, deck, website, and marketing design work beyond core product.
• Sit in critique with the design lead, giving and receiving direct feedback on craft.

• Six or more years of senior-to-staff software design work
• Deep background in complex tools made for expert users
• Expert-level Figma for wireframes, flows, prototypes, and production delivery
• Fluency with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex for design and prototyping
• Hands-on work building or keeping up a design system or component set
• Front-end fluency for prototyping in code
• Background designing SaaS products, ideally spanning several products and dense data screens
