What you'd do

• Investigate incidents reported across multiple channels and coordinate responses to global partners' inquiries.
• Respond to time-critical government regulatory reports and safety matters raised through the Community Partner Channel.
• Assess trending challenges that may pose harm to the user community.
• Coordinate with Public Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering teams to handle and respond to crises.
• Analyze incident trends, systems and data to improve incident processes, policy and product.
• Run post-mortem reviews across functions after major incidents and turn findings into concrete next steps.
• Work across global hours, including rotating weekend coverage.

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Three or more years in T&S operations or in incident, risk or crisis roles.
• High oral and written proficiency in Thai, covering Thai-speaking markets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working across teams.
• Good project management skills with a record of driving change from concept to execution.
• Working familiarity with social media challenges and awareness of safety or regulatory sensitivities.
• Prior Trust & Safety, incident or risk management experience, especially in APAC (preferred).
