• Look into incidents reported across several channels and coordinate answers to inquiries from global partners.

• Coordinate crisis responses with Public Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering and other global cross-functional teams.
• Analyze incident trends, systems and data to improve incident processes, policy and product.
• Run post-mortems across teams after major incidents and turn findings into concrete next steps.

• 3+ years handling Trust & Safety operations, incident, risk or crisis work.
• High oral and written proficiency in Sinhala.

• Previous T&S, incident or risk management experience, especially in APAC markets (preferred).
