Execution and compliance operations role for GenAI customer delivery work, sitting between Delivery, Ops, and Legal. It runs intake, triage, and review workflows that flag compliance risks such as data sensitivity, copyright exposure, and privacy concerns before projects launch, and it keeps Legal supplied with structured context and SLA-tracked requests.
What you'd do
- Own compliance reviews for GenAI projects at every stage, from first intake to final verification after launch.
- Assess incoming work for compliance risk signals and triage requests for Legal by risk, scope, and timeline.
- Work with Engagement Management to carry out project and customer-level risk mitigations and train Ops stakeholders on emerging risks.
- Coordinate Legal and internal reviewers to meet SLAs and hand Legal clear, structured case context.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking throughput, bottlenecks, SLAs, and risk trends.
- Help turn risk mitigations into repeatable workflows with Engineering and Ops, then monitor adoption and escalate gaps.
- Support audit evidence collection, package preparation, and remediation follow-through under the Customer Compliance Manager.
