• Identify trends across lines of business and develop cross-functional solutions to emerging risks
• Design risk prevention processes and strategy for Japan focused on youth safety, hate, and cyberbullying
• Partner with policy, product, data analytics, operations, and communications to resolve safety gaps in features
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative signals across Video, Live, comments, follows and likes, and accounts
• Define project scope and drive implementation of feature and policy changes with stakeholders
• Advocate for policy changes and define new operational processes

• Advanced spoken and written Japanese required
• Working knowledge of T&S problems, daily operations and the hurdles they create
• Program, project or product management experience, ideally in safety, risk control or anti-spam
• Comfort with large data volumes and in-depth analysis using Excel, such as pivot tables and charts
• High-tempo work and ability to adapt to daily challenges
• Familiarity with SQL (preferred)
