• Analyze project and moderation data to find improvement areas and support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and share milestone and task updates with stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Define moderation success metrics, set targets and monitor performance against organizational goals.
• Lead process redesign, tooling and automation initiatives to improve moderation quality and efficiency.
