• Examine operational metrics both numerically and through qualitative review to spot shortfalls and risks.
• Convert analytical findings into business recommendations and performance management actions.
• Own design and iteration of scorecards for frontline and management roles across BPO operating models.
• Align data definitions and reporting quality with operations, planning, product and platform teams.
• Drive projects on performance management, target reviews, and incentive and penalty mechanisms.

What it asks for

• Degree or higher in statistics, math, computer science, economics or a closely related area.
• Five or more years working in performance management, analytics, operations, program management or capacity planning.
• Practical track record building scorecards, target frameworks or evaluation plans.
• Track record leading multi-team projects that combine analytical depth with follow-through on operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Trust & Safety experience (preferred).
