What you'd do

• Own the global containment strategy across all prioritized harm verticals and decide where enforcement capacity is invested.
• Lead a group of leaders who each manage analyst teams, coaching them and holding a consistent performance bar across regions.
• Track progress toward fewer repeat escalations, lower prevalence, reduced discoverability, and lower recidivism.
• Run the containment operating model, including the trend-driven cycle that converts escalations into long-term mitigations.
• Partner with Prevention teams to close containment gaps surfaced by root cause analyses.
• Speak for the function to executives, partner teams, and outside safety groups and coalitions.
• Run roadmap, OKR, and headcount planning, and champion wellness practices for a team exposed to sensitive content.

What it asks for

• At least five years in Trust & Safety, risk, or closely related integrity work.
• 5+ years managing managers and leading larger organizations across multiple regions.
• Track record running enforcement or risk strategy across multiple harm areas at scale, with long-lasting mitigations shipped.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for influencing senior leaders and representing the function externally.
• Strong data fluency for setting metrics and measurement and partnering with Data Science, Product, and Engineering (preferred).
• Experience building or scaling a T&S, enforcement, or investigations organization (preferred).
• Direct experience across two or more containment harm domains (preferred).
