What you'd do

• Set the global long-term containment strategy and decide where enforcement capacity is invested across harm verticals
• Lead a team of leaders who each manage individual contributor analysts across regions
• Keep escalation volume, prevalence, discoverability, and repeat offending on track against targets
• Own the containment operating model, turning escalation signals into long-term mitigations rather than one-off actions
• Partner with Prevention teams to close containment gaps surfaced by root cause analyses
• Speak for the containment function with executives, partner teams, and outside safety groups and coalitions
• Oversee roadmap, OKRs, headcount planning, and wellbeing practices for teams exposed to sensitive content

What it asks for

• Five or more years working in T&S, risk, or closely related integrity fields
• 5+ years managing managers and leading larger organizations across multiple regions
• Proven track record running enforcement or risk strategy over multiple harm types at large scale
• History of deploying mitigations that address root causes and hold up over time
• Strong stakeholder management and influence with senior leaders and external partners
• Strong data fluency for setting metrics and partnering with Data Science, Product, and Engineering (preferred)
• Experience building or scaling a T&S, enforcement, or investigations organization (preferred)
