What you'd do

• Define and run the global data science strategy for Trust & Safety, aligned to business priorities
• Build and lead regional data science teams across multiple time zones
• Design how T&S success is measured, from headline metrics to experiments and day-to-day operating KPIs
• Direct development of machine learning, forecasting and optimization models for T&S decisions
• Improve data quality, governance and observability across the organization
• Present executive-level insights that shape strategic investment and priorities
• Pursue automation, GenAI and predictive analytics across T&S workflows

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, mathematics or economics, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in data science, machine learning, analytics or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years leading global data science or analytics organizations at a technology company
• Track record defining organization-wide data strategy that influenced product and business decisions
• Deep skill in statistical testing, experiment design, machine learning and analysis of very large datasets
• Hands-on experience with distributed data platforms and tools such as SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop or cloud data platforms
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (preferred)
