• Raise data quality, oversight, monitoring, and consistency of measurement across the organization.
• Present executive-level insights that shape strategic investment and business priorities.
• Identify where automation, GenAI, and predictive analytics can support Trust & Safety workflows.

What it asks for

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or economics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• 5+ years leading global data science or analytics organizations at a technology company.
• Track record defining organization-wide data strategy that shaped product and business decisions.
• Need deep command of statistics, A/B testing, ML, and analytics on very large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data platforms.
• Ability to explain complex analysis to executive leadership and influence decisions.
