What you'd do

• Support monthly and quarterly close cycles with Accounting and consolidate budgets and reporting packages
• Review key financial metrics with senior leadership and surface spending trends
• Build ROI analyses for new strategic initiatives across the organization
• Lead cross functional projects with the Safety ops team on cost efficiency and new product introductions
• Build a five-year long range model for customer support and moderation teams and feed it into annual planning
• Work with the safety data science team on operational and safety metrics such as ticket backlog, agent utilization, recall, and abuse reports

• 5 or more years in a finance-related or similar business role
• Advanced Excel skills for maintaining complex spreadsheets and analyzing data
