• Run root cause analyses on labeling errors and review complex cases for accuracy and consistency.
• Work with Operations, Algorithm, Product and global teams to fix gaps found through Golden Set metrics.
• Track quality metrics and compliance against project KPIs, and set up daily QA mechanisms.
