• Triage, track, investigate and resolve escalations, and communicate outcomes accurately using internal tools.
• Run or support lessons-learned reviews and follow up on the items they identify.
• Analyze incident data for trends, impact and operational improvements, and prioritize them.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan escalation resolutions and implement them quickly.
• Help test new processes, systems and infrastructure for managing escalations.

• A four-year-or-equivalent degree or hands-on practice is needed, meaning a bachelor's or comparable working experience.
• Four years in T&S, policy, security, content review, anti-abuse, or data analysis, or a closely related field.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia to review content and manage escalations in that language.
