Content moderation for a client's platform, checking that submitted content sits in the correct category and contains no illegal material. The role reviews flagged accounts and sensitive images, videos and text against the client's published policies and regulatory requirements, and escalates violations.
What you'd do
- Evaluate online content against relevant policies and procedures.
- Review accounts flagged for potentially sensitive content to confirm no policy violations.
- Visually review images, videos, accounts and text, including highly sensitive and explicit material, daily.
- Escalate policy violations using internal tools when needed.
- Maintain quality standards on each case and meet monthly KPIs, including productivity.
What it asks for
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or call center work (preferred)
- A bachelor's or diploma-level degree in a relevant field
- Basic to intermediate English (B1)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and tools
