What you'd do

• Ideate and manage high-impact projects that raise user safety or improve user experience with cross-functional partners.
• Perform investigative fraud and abuse analysis and produce actionable insights and recommendations.
• Spot new signals and automation options, plus workflow fixes that make operations more efficient.
• Drive solutions and projects through to completion.
• Mentor and guide other team members.
• Carry out on-call duties on a rotating basis, including weekend and holiday coverage.

• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in place of one.
• Master's or PhD in a relevant field (preferred).
• Experience with machine learning (preferred).
• Experience with SQL, dashboards, data collection and transformation, or a scripting language such as Python (preferred).
