What you'd do

• Design and build large-scale Python backend services that process safety signals
• Guide the team through architecture and system design decisions with an eye on long-term scale
• Build content moderation and compliance tools with cross-functional partners, including in-house solutions and vendors
• Implement and improve ML/AI models and automation to speed up moderation and decision-making
• Design solutions against malicious behavior and illegal content, anticipating how bad actors will adapt
• Drive multi-quarter workstreams and mentor other engineers through implementation
