• Undergraduate degree in CS or a nearby field, or hands-on work experience instead.
• 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
• 4 years of experience leading projects and providing technical leadership.
• 3 years designing, analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Graduate degree in CS or engineering (preferred).
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems (preferred).
• Experience with generative AI agents and machine learning (preferred).
