What you'd do

• Build AI agent features that review content against customer policies, moving from hardcoded prompts to a configurable agent spec.
• Create new workflow nodes that customers wire together for moderation pipelines, NCMEC reporting, and enforcement actions.
• Ship features for the review queue tools moderators and investigators use daily, such as decision overrides and skills-based routing.
• Develop T&S analytics dashboards on a React frontend backed by a Django/GraphQL API.
• Build Salesforce and Zendesk integrations so moderators can contact users and view conversation history in Cinder.
• Define SLIs, improve pipeline throughput, and take oncall for systems where downtime stops moderation.

What it asks for

• 5+ years building production software across a full stack, including Django or similar backend, React or similar frontend, relational databases, and message or event systems.
• Experience designing high-throughput, data-intensive systems and reasoning about pipeline throughput and latency.
• Experience identifying a customer problem and delivering an end-to-end solution from data model through API to UI.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and a clear point of view on how they change development (preferred in the sense of being expected, not optional).
• Clear written communication in PRs, Slack, and customer-facing documentation.
• Experience in Trust & Safety or abuse prevention (preferred).
• Experience at a startup or early-stage company (preferred).

Worth knowing

• Oncall responsibility for systems where downtime stops moderation.
