What you'd do

• Design and build platform-wide validation products such as test generation, coverage, safeguards, test selection and mutation testing.
• Build a polyglot static analysis layer that serves as an automated first quality gate for agent-generated code.
• Develop agent safety signals, including detection of prompt flakiness across identical prompts or seeds.
• Judge whether generated code matches its requirement by comparing agent run logs with runtime results and behavior changes.
• Make build-vs-buy and build-vs-extend decisions and define what the platform owns versus exposes through an API.
• Apply sandboxing, scoping and data redaction to agent access to test infrastructure and execution environments.
