• Own trust and safety strategy and product solutions for core business scenarios across global markets
• Build end-to-end risk discovery using data insights, user reports, operational feedback and model signals
• Define safety metrics, evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems, and tune mitigations using data
• Design and launch AI-powered safety solutions that fit into trust and safety workflows
• Convert safety expertise and operating practices into reusable products, rule engines and tooling
• Balance safety, compliance, user experience and business goals when designing risk mechanisms
