Lead and develop investigators and senior investigators, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
Own SLAs and quality standards for the outsourced operation in coordination with partner success management.
Build investigative capabilities to identify, mitigate and prevent fraud at scale.
Set detection, tooling and ML roadmaps with Product, Engineering and Data Science and hold them to operational outcomes.
Manage headcount, vendor relationships and automation investments that affect unit economics.
