What you'd do

• Monitor daily health of outsourced fraud queues against operational goals and drive improvement plans when they fall short
• Set up and launch new queues and cross-training, covering staff training, tooling, and go-live readiness
• Serve as primary point of contact on escalations between internal teams and outsourced vendor partners
• Analyze performance data and daily reporting to surface fraud trends and inform leadership decisions
• Own project reporting, documentation, and process design from creation through execution

• 4+ years experience in fraud, finance, or professional operations as an individual contributor
• Experience managing or working closely with BPO or outsourced vendor partners (preferred)
• Track record of running several multi-month projects that moved financials or process efficiency
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases
• Proficiency in internal fraud systems, Salesforce, Mode, and Sigma
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and senior leaders
