What you'd do

Set and upkeep the safety architecture for a SoC software stack.
Break system-level safety requirements down into requirements for individual software components.
Design freedom-from-interference mechanisms across partitions, cores and privilege levels.
Own the software safety architecture for hypervisor-based virtualization.
Keep the hardware-software interface spec current and help it work with SoC safety features.
Review software implementation against architectural intent and contribute to safety analyses.
