• Help optimize and revamp the human moderation queue across task allocation and priority management.

• Monitor performance and support strategy changes based on outcome evaluation.
• Help shape LIVE Safety features and the workflows behind them through analysis and design.
• Find risk points, workflow bottlenecks and product opportunities using data, case studies and business feedback.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in computer science, analytics, IT/systems or a related field.
• Able to commit to 4 to 5 days a week for at least 6 months.
• Some grounding in safety, product management or product design gained through class work, projects or internships.

• Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teammates on pipeline design or SOP training.
• Experience in Trust & Safety, moderation, LIVE or risk control (preferred)
• Exposure to AI/ML detection or recommendation systems, including their limits in adversarial or real-time settings (preferred)
